Scope questionnaire

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this questionnaire.  There are three categories for each project tryp:

1) Save and Reuse Items

2) Remove and Haul to Landfill

3) Remove, Save, But Do Not Reuse

This is just an initial survey for us to compile a draft scope of work, so don't worry about making mistakes. The draft will be shared later for editing.
